Representative Investments

Cannabis Sale Leaseback Fund

Vega has formed a programmatic joint venture with The Ardent Companies to acquire and develop real estate occupied by creditworthy operators in the US cannabis marketplace. The Cannabis Fund has positioned itself as a preferred capital provider to state-licensed cannabis operators through bespoke sale-leaseback acquisitions and build-to-suit development/redevelopment. The investment vehicle has exclusively targeted well-capitalized, vertically integrated cannabis companies that are multi-state operators in areas with limited licenses, with an emphasis on cultivation facilities. The return profile for the investment has targeted a low-double-digit unlevered cash yield with the potential for long-term upside as state legislatures continue to adopt adult and medical use programs around the country and ease regulatory restrictions.

Logistics Infrastructure Fund

Vega has raised a diverse pool of investor capital focused on the acquisition of logistics infrastructure assets across the southeastern U.S including truck terminals, trailer/container yards, equipment maintenance facilities and other logistics-oriented assets with a heavy outdoor storage component. The Fund is focused on aggregating a diversified mix of assets across the risk spectrum to drive attractive current cash yields for investors.
